Schedule of Events

The Spring 2013 Commencement ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 12, 2013. The schedule of events is as follows:

Sunday, May 12, 2013
9:15 a.m.
Baccalaureate Mass
A Festive Celebration of Music, Word and Sacrament. All are welcome!    
Schuldes Sports Center
10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Commencement Brunch
The Commencement Brunch is open to all graduates, parents, guests, faculty members and administrators. All tickets are $13 including tax. Children 4 and under are free. Reservations are required. You may purchase tickets for the brunch at tickets.snc.edu or by calling the SNC Box Office at 1-800-SNC-BOXX. The Box Office is open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and brunch tickets will be available for purchase from Monday, March 11 though Friday, May 10, 2013.
 
Michels Commons Dining Room and Upstairs Lounge
1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
(Approximately 2 hours)

Schuldes will open for seating at noon.
Commencement Ceremony

The Procession
The Commencement procession will enter from the back of the arena promptly at 1:30 p.m. in the following order:
  • ROTC Color Guard
  • Faculty
  • Masters (Graduates)
  • Seniors (Graduates)
  • St. Norbert College Trustees
  • Ceremony Participants
Graduates enter in columns of two:
  • Masters (graduates)
  • BBA and BS graduates on North side of aisle (left as looking at stage).
  • BA and BM graduates on South side of aisle (right as looking at stage).
For exiting, the ceremony participants will leave first, followed by the faculty and the new St. Norbert College alumni. The arena lights will be on so you can take pictures of the graduates in procession.

3:30 p.m. Commencement Reception
A reception will be held to honor all of new St. Norbert College alumni following the Commencement Ceremony.
