Tom Milbourn is a part-time instructor of communication and media studies at St. Norbert College. He received his master's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Tom has been a part of FOX 11 News since 1994. He co-anchors FOX 11 News at Five and FOX 11 News at Nine. He has worked as a news anchor and news director in Champaign, Ill., Lansing, Mich. and Madison, Wis.
An Air Force veteran, Tom is a retired lieutenant colonel in the Wisconsin Air National Guard. He lives with his wife, Cari, in Green Bay. They are the parents of four children.
