Professional Profile
Susan Allen joined St. Norbert College in 2003 as publications editor. Among her responsibilities are the quarterly college magazine, St. Norbert College Magazine, and the monthly e-newsletter, @St. Norbert.
Susan has worked as a writer, editor and critic in England and the United States. She also has experience in media relations, gained from her time as a government press officer in London. Along with her many newspaper and magazine article credits, Susan counts one hard-cover publication. She wrote "Let's Visit Jordan" (Macmillan, 1986) while living in the Middle East.
When not on a tennis court, Susan can be found collecting stories, networking with other editors or hanging out with her husband and four children. She can knit in French and is a great cook if you like afternoon tea or Indian cuisine.
