Erica joined Career Services in August 2011. Prior to joining St. Norbert College, Erica worked in Career Services at UW Oshkosh and also at UW-Madison for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences.

Erica is thrilled to be part of the Career Services team at SNC where she enjoys collaborating with students, employers, alumni, staff and faculty. She is passionate about making a difference and is eager to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, reading, sporting events and spending time with her husband, Curt, along with family and friends.
