Crew is a great way to meet people and stay in shape, challenging you both physically and mentally. The small team facilitates quick-forming friendships that make the team feel like a second family. Additionally, there is truly something special about being out on a boat in the Fox River in the early hours of sunrise. Rowing is a fun sport that can last you a lifetime!
Many rowing clubs exist nationwide giving people of all ages the opportunity to experience rowing. St. Norbert allows LBVRC (La Baie Verte Rowing Club) to use the St. Norbert facilities. In return, volunteer members of LBVRC coach the St. Norbert Crew Team, and provide opportunities to row with the club outside of the school year.
