Information cards for most menu items are provided as a guideline to assist our customers in making informed, individualized, healthful food choices. The colored bar will contain additional information unique to that menu item such as: "contains pork", "vegan" or "vegetarian friendly." In addition, a red bar designates an item containing food allergens. Potential allergens listed include milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
Though information posted regarding the ingredients or products used is as accurate as possible, manufacturers may change product ingredients without notification or product availability may vary. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the customer to choose which foods to eat or to ask questions about ingredients. Please
contact Matthew Doyle R.D., C.D. Associate Director of Dining, with any concerns regarding potential allergens or content of food items at (920) 403-3585 or

*We use soy-based oil containing lecithin when preparing many of our grilled and oven roasted items. This potential allergen may not always be identified on nutrition cards.
