St. Norbert College Dining Services makes every attempt to accommodate students who require medical therapeutic diets. With the wide variety of foods available we are able to accommodate most diets, including celiac, diabetic and low fat. For students with allergen restrictive diets, we encourage scheduling a meeting with our registered dietitian to develop an individualized plan.

Though exclusion from the meal plan because of special dietary needs is uncommon, in some cases the student's meal plan is flexible and can be changed.  To request special accommodations, a letter from the treating physician confirming the diagnosis and dietary recommendations should be sent to Health Services. Once received, the student must sign a wavier granting the dietitian permission to review the letter.
