Healthy

Healthy entrees must meet the following criteria per serving:

   -less than 10g of fat

   -less than 3g of saturated fat

   -about 300 calories

   -inclusion of  fruits or vegetables

   -lean meats or veggie proteins

Lean turkey, ham, hummus of the day, light and fat free condiments, whole grain breads and wraps
Greens Salad Bar
Build your own salad...fat free dressing, lean vegan and meat proteins, low fat cottage cheese and yogurts, composed salads and fresh cut fruits and vegetables, homemade soups (creamy soups made with 2% milk)
Fusion
International stir fries, pita sandwiches, charbroiled lean meats and steamed veggies
Grill
Lean carved meats, charbroiled chicken sandwiches, baked fish, grilled fare

Nutrition Counseling
It is strongly recommended that anyone with special dietary needs make an appointment with our Registered Dietitian to review menus at the start of each semester. This will give you the greatest access to the foods you enjoy.
