St. Norbert College Dining Services makes every attempt to accommodate students who require medically therapeutic diets. With the wide variety of foods available, we are able to accommodate most diets, including celiac, diabetic and low fat. For students with allergen restrictive diets, scheduling a meeting with our Registered Dietitian is essential to give you the greatest access to the foods you enjoy.

Though exclusion from the meal plan because of special dietary needs is uncommon, in some cases the student's meal plan is flexible and can be changed.  To request special accommodations, a letter from the treating physician confirming the diagnosis and dietary recommendations should be sent to Health Services. Once received, the student must sign a wavier granting the dietitian permission to review the letter.
