Get involved with any of these celebratory events by joining our diversity committees. Each committee is responsible for planning, organizing, fund-raising and implementing the event. Multicultural Student Services Welcome Reception for New and Returning Students of Color
August 27, 2007, 4:00-5:30 pm, Henrickson Dining Room. New and returning students of color take some time to get to know each other in the first week of classes. Faculty and staff are also welcome to attend this get together.

Asian Celebration

Events during this week celebrate the Asian culture and provide many opportunities to learn about various Asian customs.

• October 17,  5:00-7:00 pm, Fashion Show and Asian Food
  

Native American Celebration

Celebrate many aspects of the Native American culture and heritage with music and speaking performances and crafts such as dream catchers and necklaces.
