Diversity Mentor Program

resources

The Multicultural Student Mentor Program is designed to assist all incoming diversity students with becoming accustomed to the St. Norbert College campus.

Each incoming diversity student is assigned an upper-class mentor to assist and support them in their academic social lives during their freshman year. The program requires weekly contact between each mentee and her or his Mentor.

Mentors get specialized training and development that includes diversity activity and event involvement to assist mentors in getting involved in the fabric of SNC life.

The mentors have their own Mentor Office which provides a meeting place and work space for mentor/mentee appointments, and use by multicultural students in need of campus space.

If you are interested in the Multicultural Student Mentor program either as mentor or mentee, please let us know.
