Founded in 1917 as the first sorority committed to a membership that does not discriminate based on race or creed, Delta Phi Epsilon is an organization built on the bonds of sisterhood, pride in sorority and support for one another.
Why join DPhiE?
We are the oldest international sorority on campus. It's an incredible feeling to be involved in something that is worldwide!
Our mascot is a unicorn... it doesn't get much better than that!
It opens up a whole new set of opportunities:
- National scholarships and grants available through the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Fund.
- National leadership conferences to help build leadership skills and meet other DPhiE sisters from around the world.
- The chance to develop important life skills due to a "Team Excellence" model of organization rather than a hierarchal system. This minimizes the transition into the workforce, increases members' self-esteem and dignity, increases commitment and ownership of ideas, reduces member burnout and offers an environment reflecting today's boards.
