Professional profile
Dr. Kevin G. Quinn has been at St. Norbert College since 1994. He earned as B.S. in 1983 in Physics and Mathematics from Loyola University in Chicago, and an MBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1989.
Dr. Quinn worked in private industry from 1983 to 1990, in aerospace and medical imaging, before returning to UIC to complete his Ph.D. in energy and environmental economics.
Before moving to Green Bay, he lived in the Chicago area, and has also taught at Loyola and at UIC. His primary research focus over the last few years has been in the field of sports economics. He is a regular guest economist on Wisconsin Public Radio's Ideas network.
Despite the fact that Dr. Quinn and his wife Terry regularly manage to get Packer tickets, they remain Bear-fans-in-exile. Don't ask him about the about the glorious 1985 season unless you have time to kill. |
