Professional profile
Having served as the technology resource teacher at an area middle school for 8 years, it has been rewarding to return to my alma mater and share my passion for the role technology plays in the classroom with our future teachers.

Along with helping prepare student educators in the area of instructional technology, I also assist with the implementation and use of LiveText, our electronic portfolio and assessment system. Fostering positive relationships with our PK-12 partners and working with students and colleagues on collaborative projects are among some of the things I enjoy most about my profession.

My philosophy of the role technology plays in the classroom is that it is integrated into all content areas while enhancing the curriculum. I am enthusiastic about providing the necessary support and direction for that to take place at St. Norbert College.

Areas of particular interest to me are multimedia authoring and its relationship to multiple intelligences, one to one computing, virtual environments and GIS technology. If you’re interested in adventure, just ask me about geocaching!
