Office of Admission,
Office of Communications,
Office of Financial Aid and a portion of
Student Success. This division is responsible for expanding the overall awareness of St. Norbert College, communicating our image and identity to key audiences, and recruiting and retaining students.
We are in the business of telling stories that connect various constituencies to St. Norbert College to advance our college’s mission. To do this, we structure our divisional services in five areas and call it our
“5Rs”. We /Recruit/ students, we seek to /Retain/ students, we /Reconnect/ alumni and friends to the college, and along the way, we work to advance the /Recognition/ and /Reputation/ of St. Norbert College.

This site offers ways to alert the appropriate parties should you have information to assist with student retention or intervention.

The
Office of Admission provides key information to prospective first-time and transfer students seeking to enter St. Norbert College. They coordinate efforts with the other units on campus to provide opportunities for prospective students and their families to learn about the college community through visits and various other interactions during their search process.

The
Office of Communications coordinates the distribution of news and information about St. Norbert College and publishes materials to support and advance the institution’s mission and its strategic priorities. By promoting the college’s activities and aspirations in a manner that exemplifies its values, the office helps build and nurture the relationships that sustain the life of the community. The office provides access to a full range of services to ensure complete and cohesive communication about the college and its activities. Communications staff facilitate print, broadcast and digital communication intended for both internal and external audiences.

The
Office of Financial Aid disburses more than $34 million each year making a St. Norbert College education possible. Staff help meet the needs of students and their families during the college search and application process, and throughout all four years of college. They can advise on both merit and needs-based grants and scholarships, loans, and work opportunities. In fact, 97 percent of St. Norbert students who apply receive some form of aid, and the average award is around $18,000. Paired with our 4-year graduation guarantee, St. Norbert College is an outstanding value.

The
Student Success area focuses on the success, persistence and retention of students at St. Norbert College. The director collaborates with other units on campus in programs such as First-Year Experience and Communio to provide positive experiences for students. They also develop retention plans, provide retention information and training for advisors and monitor “at risk” student programs.
