Graphos Submissions
Deadlines: October 1 (Fall Issue) and March 1 (Spring Issue)
Guidelines:
- Save each submission in a separate .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, or .jpg file. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE WORK. Save your file as the title (or part of the title) of your submission. Do not include spaces or punctuation in your file name.
- Send each submission as an email attachment to the current editor and CC: Laurie MacDiarmid. In the body of the email, include a title page with the following information:

- name
- campus address
- campus phone number
- the title of the piece you are submitting. This title is crucial.
- Send each submission as a separate email and attachment.
- You may send up to 5 poems, 2 prose pieces (maximum 15 pages, double-spaced), and 6 artwork pieces.
If electronic submission is not possible, submit your work to Laurie MacDiarmid in Boyle Hall, room 352.
