Journals Housed at St. Norbert College

Sigma Tau Delta Review, Rectangle and Newsletter

St. Norbert is proud to publish the publications of Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honorary society. Housed at St. Norbert, these literary journals and newsletters go to over 10,000 members of the honorary society that has over 17,000 members total. It is the third largest honorary society in the United States and has an annual convention that draws over 1,000 members.

  • "The Sigma Tau Delta Review," published since 1971, is an annual literary journal containing the creative works of Sigma Tau Delta members.
  • "The Rectangle," published since 2005, is an annual literary journal  of literary criticism written by Sigma Tau Delta members.
  • "The Newsletter," published bi-annually, features news of international and regional conventions, international writing contests, new chapters, honor members, writer members and local chapters. Edited by Karlyn Crowley.

North Wind
North Wind: A Journal of George MacDonald Studies has been housed at St. Norbert College since fall 2006. Edited by John Pennington and Fernando Soto.

Journal of Popular Film and Television
The Journal of Popular Film and Television is dedicated to popular film and television in the broadest sense. Concentration is upon commercial cinema and television stars, directors, producers, studios, networks, genres, series, the audience, etc. Edited by Michael Marsden.
