Professional Profile
Richard brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his current position. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from Maryknoll College and his M.A. in Asian studies from the University of Oregon.

Before coming to St. Norbert College in 1993, Richard was a teacher and a school administrator in a variety of locations including: Hawaii, Papua-New Guinea, Laos, Taiwan, Mexico and the U.S. He has established a number of successful English as a Second Language programs both in the United States and overseas.  Among those still operating is an excellent program at University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point.
