Federal verification worksheets
If the federal processor selects you for a process called verification, you will need to complete and submit, to the Office of Financial Aid, one of the following verification worksheets. Additional instructions are provided on the form.
Request for consideration of special circumstances
When you completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you provided us your financial situation at the time you completed the form. We know that sometimes there are special circumstances that are not reflected on the FAFSA. When appropriate and sufficient documentation is provided, it may be possible to take these circumstances into account through a process call Professional Judgment (PJ).
We have listed the most common special circumstances below. Please print out the form, complete and return to the Office of Financial Aid. If you have a special circumstance that is not listed below, please contact the Office of Financial Aid for consideration.
