Outside scholarships are scholarships that have been sent to the Financial Aid Office from outside sources for distribution. Unless otherwise noted, information and applications are available in the Financial Aid Office, JMS room 221.

Military Education Scholarship Program

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Scholarships
- The AICPA is the national professional organization for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in the United States. The AICPA supports several scholarship programs for undergraduate and graduate students interested in careers in business and accounting. Listed below are descriptions of each program. Eligibility criteria and application forms are available

- AICPA Scholarship for Minority Accounting Students - financial awards of up to $5,000 to undergraduate and graduate minority accounting students.
Deadline: June 2, 2008
Wisconsin Women In Government Scholarship
- Female undergraduate attending a WAICU member institution
- Wisconsin resident
- C average or above
- Currently enrolled and plan to enroll for the fall 2008 semester
- Must show financial need, by including a letter from financial aid office (2008-2009 award letter serves this purpose) certifying that they are eligible for the Wisconsin Tuition Grant, Pell Grant or Talent Incentive Program Grant.
- 2 - $2500 scholarships will be awarded

- Students who are pursuing health-related studies
- Total of $250,000 in scholarship money will be awarded for 2009

Wisconsin Laboratory Association Scholarship
- Undergraduate University Student entering their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of college or Graduate student enrolled in a graduate program.
- All applicants must be enrolled in a curriculum in which the majority of required courses involve environmental studies, water and wastewater, food and/or dairy, cosmetics, public health, hazardous waste, pulp and paper or another laboratory related field.
- At least a 3.0 GPA
- Three $500 scholarships will be awarded

10th Annual Essay Contest on Ayn Rand's Novel ATLAS SHRUGGED
- Must be entering or enrolled in a college degree program at the time of entry.
- Part-time students are eligible
- High School students graduating in 2008 are eligible
- Contest is open to students worldwide

Scholarships, Inc.
- Must be 25 years of age or older at the time of application
- Must be enrolled at least three-quarter time per semester
- Permanent home address at the time of application must be within the boundaries of Brown County, WI
- Must attend an accredited undergraduate college or university as a matriculated degree-seeking student
- Award is normally limited to one year
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need by completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Applicant may be classified any year, freshman-senior, in an undergraduate program.

The Jaycees of Wisconsin Foundation, Inc./Denise Bertucci Memorial Scholarship
- Must be at least 21 years of age, having returned to school after at least two years off.
- Must be a continuing student with at least 2 semesters of school completed since returning to school. (Summer school does not apply and student must be enrolled in upcoming term.)
- Applicant must be attending a Wisconsin post-secondary institution pursuing a minimum of a two-year undergraduate program.
- Must be a full-time student as defined by the school in which they are enrolled.
- Must have a 3.0 G.P.A. based on a 4.0 scale. A transcript of grades must be included in the application packet submitted.
- Scholarship amount is $500

Delta Nu Alpha Scholarship - Greater Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter 317
- Open to all students studying in the field of Transportation, Logistics, Business or related fields.
- Students pursuing Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degrees are encouraged to apply.
- Applications will be judged based upon Scholastic Achievement, Overall Career Goals and related interest in Logistics and Recommendations

AES Engineers Scholarship
- $500 Scholarship

Wisconsin Troopers' Association, Inc. Memorial Scholarship
- Wisconsin residents enrolled in a two or four year degree program with a
MAJOR in criminal justice, police science, or any law enforcement related field.
- Applicant must have earned at least 50% of the credits necessary to earn a degree in their law enforcement related field, prior to applying for this scholarship.
- The association will award six (6) $300 scholarships

Police Corps Scholarship
- Open to students in four year college programs who are interested in serving four years as a community police officer after graduation.

The SallieMae Fund Scholarships
- Low-income and minority students
- Must be accepted and enrolled as an undergraduate at a Title IV eligible, approved, accredited, postsecondary, two or four-year college or university, vocational or technical school in the United States or Puerto Rico, and meet program-specific eligibility requirements.

Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholarships
General Eligibility Requirements
- Must be of Hispanic heritage
- U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card, or
- Passport stamped I-551 (not expired)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. required on a 4.0 scale
- Must apply for federal financial aid using the FAFSA
- Awards range from $1,000 to $2,500

Hmong Mutual Assistance Association of Sheboygan Scholarship
- Must be enrolled at an accredited technical college, 4-year college or university
- Must be a resident of Sheboygan County
- Must be a member of the Hmong Community
- Must have a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0

American Chemical Society
- African American, Hispanic/Latino or American Indian
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Full-time student at an accredited college, university or community college
- High academic achiever in chemistry or science (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
- Able to demonstrate evidence of financial need according to FAFSA form (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
- High school senior, college freshman, sophomore or junior intending to, or already majoring in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or a chemically related science and planning a career in the chemical sciences or chemical technology
- Students planning careers in medicine or pharmacy are not eligible for this program
- Students must complete an application form, provide the financial need document referred to as a SAR (Student Aid Report), submit transcripts and required letters of recommendations. Only complete application files will be considered by the Selection Committee.
- Scholarships are for up to $2,500 for freshmen and up to $3,000 for sophomores, juniors and seniors per academic year. Scholarships are renewable for all four or five years of an undergraduate degree so long as the student maintains a G.P.A. of 3.0 in an approved major. Renewal forms and transcripts are required each year.

Wisconsin Mathematics Council Scholarship
- Must be a legal Wisconsin resident
- Must be currently enrolled in a Wisconsin public or private teacher education program
- Must be currently enrolled in or have already completed a course in methods of teaching mathematics, and
- Currently have a G.P.A. or at least 3.0 (B average) or better
- Award is: $1,500
