Duties:
The Advancement Office is looking for Student Phonathon callers. As a Phonathon caller, you will contact
St. Norbert College alumni, friends, and parents to build relationships, keep them connected to the College, and raise funds for the College. The call center is a fun working atmosphere with flexible calling shifts.

Hours:
The Phonathon will run from January 27th through March 7th. Three shifts per week required; Shifts available: Sunday afternoons 1:00-4:30 and Sunday-Thursday nights 5:30-9:00 pm.

Must attend mandatory paid training sessions.

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled student at St. Norbert College
* Ability to communicate a personal enthusiasm regarding SNC experience.
* Mature, self-motivated, and reliable.
* Have strong communication skills and polite phone manners.
* Must be able to ask people for money with confidence.

Responsibilities:
* Call Constituents to renew, increase, and acquire gifts to the St. Norbert Fund.
* Create or maintain a positive relationship with each constituent.
* Gain an understanding of the College, its organizational structure, and its annual needs for financial support.
