Shalisa Collins is assistant professor of Spanish and has been at St. Norbert College since 2005. She specializes in 19th, 20th and 21st century Latin American literature.
Dr. Collins’s research interests include the Latin American novel, the Latin American detective novel, the literature of the Southern Cone and literary theory.
She is currently working on two articles on the detective novels of Chilean author Ramon Diaz Eterovic. Dr. Collins is also the assistant editor for production of the Arizona Journal of Hispanic Cultural Studies.
