Ms. Bridget Krage O'Connor is the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Communications at St. Norbert College overseeing the areas of Admission, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Marketing Communications. Ms. O’Connor leads the Division of Enrollment Management and Communications, serves on the President’s Cabinet, and chairs the institution’s Marketing Steering Group and its Enrollment Management Committee.

Ms. O'Connor is a regular speaker at conferences and events associated with building the awareness and reputations of institutions and organizations. Recently, Ms. O’Connor led the board of directors for the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay and the board of directors for Scholarships, Inc. through brand-building and strategic planning sessions. In addition, she presented on personal and organizational vision-setting at Management Women and the St. Norbert College Women’s Enrichment Series.    

Before returning to her alma matter in 2002, Ms. O’Connor worked for the University of Minnesota Foundation in Minneapolis where she served as E-Communication Manager and Senior Communications Specialist while completing her Master of Liberal Studies focusing on change management and corporate communication. She also held marketing and public relations roles at Cuningham Group in Minneapolis and Wood Communications Group in Madison.

Her proudest moments at St. Norbert College include helping students pursue careers in communications, marketing, and public relations.
