Ms. Bridget O'Connor is the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Communications, overseeing the areas of Admission, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Marketing Communications. 

Ms. Bridget O'Connor previously served as the Interim Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management leading efforts associated with the recruitment and retention of St. Norbert College students. Prior to this role, she served as the Associate Vice President of Communications and Marketing at St. Norbert College since June of 2002.

Before returning to her alma matter, Bridget worked for the University of Minnesota Foundation in Minneapolis where she served as E-Communication Manager and Senior Communications Specialist while completing her Masters in Liberal Studies focusing on change management and corporate communication. She also held marketing roles at Cuningham Group in Minneapolis and Wood Communications Group in Madison.

Ms. O'Connor is a regular speaker at regional and national conferences on issues associated with building the awareness and reputations of institutions and organizations. Her proudest accomplishments include helping St. Norbert College students pursue careers in communications, marketing, and public relations.

Bridget's husband, Jeff O'Connor, and father in-law, Charles O'Connor, are also graduates of St. Norbert College.
