Submitting to Graphos is easy!

Deadlines: October 15 (Fall Issue) and March 15 (Spring Issue)

Guidelines:

• You may submit up to 5 poems, 2 prose pieces (maximum 2500 words each), and 5 pieces of black and white photography and/or artwork.

• Save each submission in a separate .doc, .docx, .rtf, or .jpg file.  DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE WORK.  Save your file as the title (or part of the title) of your submission.  Do not include spaces or punctuation in your file name.  

• Send your submissions via email attachment to the Graphos advisor, Laurie MacDiarmid. 

• In the body of the email, include a title page with the following information:
• • name
  • campus address
  • campus phone number
  • the title(s) of the piece(s) you are submitting
  • the genre of each piece.

• Submissions that do not meet these guidelines may not be considered.

If electronic submission is not possible,  submit your work to Laurie MacDiarmid in Boyle Hall, Room 352. The previous guidelines still apply.
