What can I do with a degree in history?

In fulfilling the goals of the history discipline, students are prepared for productive, satisfying careers in teaching, law, business, government and other professions. Students considering a career in history may find the booklet, Careers for Students of History, helpful. A copy may be obtained, at the cost of $8, by writing to:
