Early arrival for fall housing
The official last day of summer housing is Aug. 14th. Students can request housing past this date if they have been assigned to college-owned housing for the 2009-10 academic year. On Aug. 14th, students requesting summer housing will be considered early arrivals. Early arrival fees are charged separately from summer housing.
Students who have lived in Sensenbrenner during the summer months will be asked to move into their fall academic assignment between Aug. 8 and Aug. 26. There is a possibility that Residential Education and Housing will ask you to move as soon as possible. As a courtesy, Residential Education and Housing will try to provide you with a 24 hour moving notice when possible. But it is your responsibility to keep in touch with Residential Education and Housing for a moving date. The actual date and time for moving depends on when your academic year housing assignment is available. The following areas will not be available for academic year residents until the end of August due to outside scheduling conflicts: Madelaine/Lorraine, Townhouses 9-12, Vander Zanden 101 and VMC. Students can remain in their summer housing assignment until their academic year housing assignment is available. Housing cannot be provided for students not living in college-owned facilities for the 2009-10 academic year past Aug. 14th.
