Riverside and Vander Zanden Apartments
About:
There are 22 four-person apartments and two two-person apartments available to upperclass residents in the Riverside and Vander Zanden complexes.
Features:
Each complex has three floors and there are four apartments on each floor. Each apartment has a full-size kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and bedroom(s). Residents have access to laundry facilities on the first floors of both complexes. The utility costs of each apartment are the responsibility of the residents. While the beds come pre-bunked, students can still choose to loft the beds using lofts from Campus Lofts Inc.
Staff:
The apartments are staffed by a
housing intern and remain open during campus breaks.
