About:
The apartment complexes are an upperclass living option available for 94 students. Riverside houses 46 residents and Vander Zanden houses 48 residents.
Features:
Each complex has three floors and there are four apartments on each floor. Each apartment has a full-size kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and bedroom(s). Residents have access to laundry facilities on the first floors of both complexes. Students are not responsible for paying utiliy costs, as it is included in the college room payment.
Staff:
The apartments are staffed by a building manager and remain open during campus breaks.
