This is my first year as a hall director at St. Norbert. During my undergraduate career, I was a Resident Assistant for four years. During my time as a RA, I found a lot of success in community, academic and diversity programming. I thoroughly enjoy working with students and promoting effective community development. |

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management and daily operations of campus residence halls.
• Provide crisis support to residents.
• General administrative work for the residence hall.
• Enforce hall behavior codes and meet with students who break policies.
• Live alongside students in the residence hall to promote positive community development.
• Supervise Resident Assistants (RAs)
