Brittany Bell joined the Office of Residential Education and Housing as the Burke Hall Director in July 2012. Her primary responsibilities include supervising a staff of 7 Resident Assistants, creating and supporting in hall co-curricular programming, and ensuring that Burke Hall is a safe and supportive environment for all of its 200 residents.
Brittany previously worked at Carroll University as the Learning Commons Supervisor. In 2007-2009 she was the Residence Hall Director at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She also spent several years as a Resident Assistant, Diversity Advocate, Financial Aid Assistant, President of her sorority and the Association of Resident Assistants at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Brittany graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney July 2009 with a Master of Science in Education, Counseling and Student Affairs. Prior to pursuing her Master's Degree, Brittany graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Speech.
Brittany is a native of Milwaukee and her favorite pastimes include listening to music, traveling, video games and sports.
