Professional profile
This is my first year joining the St. Norbert staff. I am thrilled to be working on such a devoted and motivated team whose passions lie heavily in student growth and development. During my undergraduate career I was very involved in different facets of student affairs, including residential life, health and counseling. I have a strong interest in women’s and social justice issues. I hope to bring the knowledge that I acquired to St. Norbert in order to better serve the student community.

Job responsibilities:
• Promote and advise student development themed hall. programming, community building, and leadership development.
• Assist hall staff in promoting an environment that is safe, conducive to studying, and well-maintained.
• Supervise Resident Assistant staff.
• Assist and support residents in their personal growth and identity development.
• Educate students in responsible decision making.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the residence hall.
• Respond to emergency and crisis situations as needed.

• Provide referrals to proper offices and campus support services for residents.
• Provide information pertaining to the Joan P. Schaupp Women’s Center.
• Provide non-judgmental support to students wishing to discuss difficult issues.
