Keeping Yourself & Your Belongings Safe
Campus Safety Safety and
security-related issues are handled by the Campus Safety Office which
is comprised of a Director, Associate Director, 3 full time safety
officers, and approximately 8 student officers. Staff members are
trained in CPR, first aid, and basic law enforcement, fire protection,
and other crisis situations. The Campus Safety staff members are not
commissioned police officers. They do not have power of arrest and
therefore do not carry weapons. The staff works with the De Pere
Police Department, who assist with on-campus and off-campus
situations. For more information please visit the Campus Safety website at

Personal Property
The college
assumes no responsibility for the theft, damage, loss of money,
valuables, or personal belongings of any student or guest. It is
important that students check with their family concerning the extent
of coverage under existing insurance policies. Each student is
strongly encouraged to consider carrying some form of personal property
insurance if he/she is not covered under his/her parents' homeowner's
insurance policy.
