- The implementation and supervision of the Connections mentoring/tutoring program at community partner sites
- Development and support of cultural programs on campus
- Implementation of activities specifically targeting underrepresented St. Norbert College student populations
- Meeting with students (as needed) for academic and co-curricular advisement
- Serving as an advisor to one or more student organizations
- Assisting the Office of Admissions with targeted recruitment events and program planning
- Supervising three student coordinators

Experience:
Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred), 2 years of experience in Program Development and 2 years of experience working with college students from historically underrepresented populations. Must possess strong decision making, interpersonal, and communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.
