Duties:
St. Norbert College has an opening for a Lead Dish Room Worker. The Lead Dish Room Worker is responsible for leading other dish room employees, mentoring and monitoring student workers and optimizing daily work flow. This position is also responsible for the proper cleaning and storage of Dining Services and Catering china, flatware, stemware and utensils. Additional duties as assigned. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from approximately 12:00pm - 8:30pm (closing time may vary per night) during the academic year and flexible, full-time summer hours that vary with the needs of the business.
Experience:
The preferred candidate will possess a high school diploma and strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Experience in an institutional or retail food industry is desirable. Prior leadership qualifications will be strongly considered.
