Instructional Systems Administrator — Full Time
St. Norbert College is seeking an Instructional Systems Administrator responsible for providing technical leadership for the college's overall academic application ecosystem used to support teaching and learning in traditional, hybrid and online learning environments. This includes the learning management system (Moodle), classroom capture (Panopto), custom applications, digital badging (BadgeOS), outcomes assessment solutions and other integrated applications and platforms used in support of teaching, learning and research.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- At least three years of experience administering Moodle or another learning management system
- Knowledge of instructional technology systems and applications
- Experience with one or more relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Experience and technical knowledge of Java/J2EE and major Java frameworks
- Experience in writing and/or editing technical documentation
- Exceptional skills troubleshooting application problems and monitoring and tuning application performance
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate technical concepts to individuals of all competency levels with tact, patience and courtesy
- Project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
