Adjunct Instructor of Political Science — Part Time
The Political Science discipline at St. Norbert College seeks a one-semester adjunct instructor to teach Introduction to Public Administration. The course provides students with an examination of the growth of the public sector in the U.S. and the consequences and challenges resulting from that growth. Emphasis is placed on the politics of bureaucracy, the relative roles of the public and private sectors in providing goods and services, and past and present controversies over the appropriate method of organizing the public sector.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, managing class activities, meeting with students during office hours when necessary, and evaluating student work.

The course begins January 26, 2015 and concludes May 19, 2015. The course is schedule to be taught Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.

Candidates should have a Master's degree either in Political Science or Public Administration.
