Assistant Professor of English — Full Time
Duties:
St. Norbert College, a nationally ranked, residential liberal arts institution with an enrollment of 2,200 students, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of English with expertise in modern British literature and secondary interests in contemporary literature, postcolonial literature, drama, and/or film. Start August 2018.


Teaching duties include three courses per semester, including Introduction to Literary Studies, a topical Senior Capstone, contributions to the Core Curriculum, and major courses by specialty. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in teaching and successful scholarship. Additional responsibilities include student mentoring, service on college committees, and other typical collegial duties.

Experience:
Ph.D. in English language, literature, and/or culture required.
