Overview This session will cover topics such as, difficulties in approving vacation, using vacation or PTO during disability or FMLA periods, when to require an employee to take vacation or PTO versus unpaid time off and general discussion of scenarios that come up during busy times of the year or holidays. A significant amount of time will be set aside to answer questions.
