Overview
Human Resources recently created an administrative handbook which can be accessed on the HR website at: http://www.snc.edu/hr/documents.html. This handbook is intended to supplement the employee handbook and includes organizational charts, definitions, procedural information, summaries of significant legislation, and College policies. It also includes copies of the most commonly used human resources forms. New supervisors can use this handbook as a self-directed study guide to some of the basic responsibilities of their new role. A significant amount of time
will be set aside to answer questions.

Who should attend?
This session will be most beneficial for those in administrative roles (supervisors, managers and directors), but any other member of the College community is welcome to attend. If you are new to the College or new to a supervisory role, you may find this session particularly helpful.
