About The Speaker
Steve is known throughout the U.S. as the founder of
Customer Attachment along with the tools, methodologies and systems for developing the necessary strategies and performance gap behaviors. He is co-author of “Monkey Business; 7 Laws of the Jungle for Becoming the Best of the Bunch” published by Gibbs, Smith in 2007.
