Overview
Understanding gender communication differences can be challenging.  The ways in which women and men communicate can determine who gets heard, what gets done, and who gets ahead.  This program will help individuals to better understand women and men's conversational rituals and the language barriers that are unintentionally built in today's work world.

Objective
This program will provide St. Norbert College community members with some important tools to be better able to practice and promote more positive and productive communications.

Who should attend?
All members of the College community are welcome to attend this program.

Format
This program is conducted in a one and a half hour session .
