Interaction Skills for Success
Overview
In each of our interactions with others, we make choices about how we will communicate. We can choose to get only what
we need to accomplish our goals. Or we can interact in a way that not only meets our needs but makes sure that
others also get what they need.

This course is designed to provide tools that will enable participants to choose the most effective way to interact with others in order to reduce wasted time and miscommunication. Course content will emphasize how to maintain strong working relationships and reduce misunderstandings and conflicts.
