| Reaching Group Agreement
Overview
Reaching group agreements can be challenging. Lots of things can get in the way. Pressure to make a decision, strong personal preferences, poor processes, and other factors can prevent groups from making good decisions and involving group members appropriately.
This course will help your groups or committees avoid these problems and make high quality decisions that groups members are committed to supporting and carrying out.
Program Outline:
At the end of this program, you will be able to:
- make more effective decisions as a group.
- ensure that members of your group or committee contribute their thinking and perspectives to important decisions.
- increase your work group's or committee's commitment to group agreements.
- overcome roadblocks to reaching group agreement.

Completion of Interaction Skills for Success would be helpful, but is not required.
Who should attend?
Any employee who participates in a group, team or committee activities.

This program is conducted on one four-hour session.
