SNC Email & Calendar, hosted by Google
We have replaced our Zimbra product suite with a new cloud-based email and calendaring system hosted by Google. To access your email, calendar and contacts, visit this new URL:
http://www.snc.edu/email
If you already have a personal Gmail account, then while logged into that account, click on your personal address in the upper right corner, then click "Add Account", and follow the prompts to add your SNC account.
IMPORTANT: When you login, be sure to use your full email address (including "@snc.edu").
The move from Zimbra to Google for email and calendaring provides us with numerous benefits, including:

Increased message storage space, 25GB instead of 300MB
- Access from smartphones and tablets
- Google’s spam filtering service
- Seamless transition -- you’ll keep the same email address and password
The college will also benefit from the move. By using Google’s cloud-based platform, we have modernized our email system, improved our disaster recovery capabilities, and lowered our overall infrastructure costs.

Zimbra
You can still access your old Zimbra account for reference purposes by visiting mySNC, then clicking the "Zimbra" link in the Main Menu. This will be available through April 8, 2013.
