Google Apps
Google Apps Open Lab Workshop (1 hour)
The Google Apps open lab is available for walk-up questions and
answers on any Google feature. Please stop by anytime during the
workshop and stay as long as you would like.
Note: for mobile device (smart phones, laptops, tablets, etc) support
please bring
the device. The lab has Windows desktops for use.

G Drive Transition Open Lab (1 hour)
Reminder:
The G Drive is being phased out; data on the G Drive will be ready-
only after August 15, 2014. January 2, 2015; the G Drive will be
discontinued.

How this impacts you:
This open lab provides an opportunity to work with ITS staff to
explore your options for class materials and
students submitted work. We will discuss both SNoodle and Google
Drive.

Please bring your portable devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone)
and we will assist with setup. Computers will be
available if needed.

Cascade Refresher Workshop (1½ hours)
This workshop is intended for those who have already participated in the Introduction to Cascade Server Workshop, but need to understand the difference between the old Cascade and the new Cascade. In this workshop, participants will learn more about the website redesign process; see a demonstration of workflow; and gain
and understanding of how to maintain a website using the new version of Cascade Server. Registration is absolutely essential - you won't be able to participate unless we set up your access in advance.

Cascade Server Open Lab (registration optional) (1 hour)
If you have a Cascade Server problem that you just can't figure out, or if you'd rather work on your web site with help nearby, stop in during an open lab to ask Cascade questions, get help, or just work on your web site. Registration is entirely optional for open labs - feel free to drop by even if you haven't signed up.

Introduction to Cascade Server (2½ hours)
This workshop is for those who need to learn how to create &
maintain web sites with Cascade Server, the College's web Content
Management System (CMS). Registration is absolutely essential - you
won't be able to participate unless we set up your access in advance.
Prerequisites: If your site has not yet been converted to Cascade Server, contact the Office of Communications to plan your department's web content first.
