Life as a Kappa!

katieo2
"Kappas, to me, is having a group of sisters that you can rely on anytime and always have your back. Being an only child, I really appreciate the bond that the girls and I have formed since I have joined. I came into this not having any sisters, but now I have so many sisters that I can call my own and depend on. Kappas have prepared me for the real world, keep me organized, and keep my life in balance. I have gained many close friendships that will last a lifetime!"

"Kappas has been such an amazing experience for me. I have not only gained a bunch of close girlfriends that will hopefully last a lifetime, but I have met so many other students from SNC involved in Greek Life/Social Groups. It's amazing that I can walk across campus and wave to so many people and recognize many others, i don't think this would have been possible for me without KBG. I love the fact that if I need help with something, I have 20+ girls that are willing to be there for me at the drop of a hat. I can't express how much there close friendships mean to me and I have a blast hanging out with the Kappa's. I look forward to my remaining years as an active member, as well as the opportunity to continue to come back after graduation."

"Life as a Kappa means you are never alone. There is always something going on or someone to hang out with. Being a Kappa means to have to be a team player and do your part. You are constantly having fun no matter what whether you're hanging out in someone's room or partaking in a service project. As a Kappa you always have many shoulders to lean on which makes life a little easier. There is a bond that Kappa girls have that is so strong and irreplaceable. I wouldn't change my life as a Kappa for anything."

"Upon entering my freshman year at SNC, joining a sorority was not on the agenda. After meeting some Kappa girls and hearing about their positive experience, I began to open up to the idea of joining a sorority. I ended up pledging second semester of my freshman year, and throughout the last year and a half, I do not regret being a Kappa. Already having three sisters, having twenty-four more wasn't so bad! Instantly, the sense of sisterhood was prominent throughout the group. What I enjoy the most about being a Kappa, is having the satisfaction that your "sisters" will always be there for you. I have also been given many wonderful opportunities, such as, planning a Multiple Sclerosis Benefit and other various service and sisterhood activities!"

"Greek life is more than just goofy letters on a T-shirt. Being Greek means being part of something bigger than yourself. Kappas gives each individual a bond with a group of wonderful girls that no one can break. This past year was one of the hardest years of my life. My sisters were there for me through the good times and most importantly the bad times. Kappas has empowered me to be more outgoing, to stand up for my beliefs, and taught me to open up to others. I know that I will always have someone to turn to. And that is one of the greatest feeling in the world."

"Kappas has brought so much happiness into my college experience.  I have bonded with some of the most amazing people that I truly consider my sisters.  Being a part of this sorority has helped me learn about myself and has shaped me into the person I am today.  Kappas has provided me with opportunities to lead and to serve others.  It has changed my life for the better and I know that my college experience would be nothing without this sisterhood!"

"Life as a Kappa is a very exciting and fulfilling experience.  Looking back at my years at St Norbert, kappas has become a big part of my life.  Its crazy to think I'm already a senior, time went by so fast, I know I could always count on my sisters throughout the years, with anything I needed.  Joining this group was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've met so many new people, made long lasting friendships and I don't think my college experience would have been this positive without kappas."
