Kappa Beta Gamma's national philanthropy is AIDS. In addition to this, the women at St. Norbert College also have a cause dear to their hearts, Multiple Sclerosis. An alumni member of Kappa Beta Gamma was diagnosed with MS her senior year of college. For the past six years, the women of KBG have put on an MS Benefit to raise money for the cause. They also participate in the MS Walk.

The Kappas are always ready to lend a helping hand as they also assist with Make a Difference Day, Relay for Life, and the campus Red Cross blood drive.
