The coffee class at Luna Cafe will cover the entire process of creating a great cup of coffee, from the coffee tree and perfect growing conditions, processing of the bean, roasting and storage, to grinding and brewing.

Founded in 2000, Luna is a family-owned and operated business. Owner Mark Patel has been roasting coffee since 1994 and has worked in multiple roasting operations and with several types and sizes of roasters. His experience covers buying and sourcing coffee beans and creating the best roasts for each varietal that he carries. Luna has a firm belief in only doing as much as they can do well.
