Taking Tea with Trains
Spend a lovely Saturday morning on the National Railroad Museum’s Silver Spirit car while sipping teas and learning about unique ways to use tea in cooking.
The Attic’s Bill Macier will take students through the global history of tea, including the role of tea during the heyday of railroad dining. He will also demonstrate using tea to flavor savory meats such as chicken and pork and create tea-based scones to complement flights of tea.
