Latin American Food & Film Workshop

Instructor: Jen Holtebeck

Jen Holtbeck will lead a lively discussion about Latin American culinary and cinematic traditions while students dine on Latin food and enjoy a Latin American film.

The film, "Conversaciones Con Mama," is a 2004 film by Santiago Carlos Oves and will be shown with English subtitles.

Celebrate Dia de las Madres while enjoying Latin American delicacies:

Sweet corn tamale cake with avocado and pico de gallo
Caribbean Grouper with rice pilaf
