Carousel Announcement Request Form

Interested in promoting your Department or Organization in the Mulva?

The Mulva Library now offers College Departments and Organizations the opportunity to promote their announcements and events on TV monitors located on all floors of the building through a system called “Carousel”. Your information will be put on a slide that will be played on a loop throughout the day and will appear on monitors by elevators, in Ed's and behind the Information Desk.

After reading and understanding the Guidelines listed below, please submit your announcement.

Carousel Announcement Guidelines:

Announcement or Event should be in keeping with the Mission of the Mulva Library and St. Norbert College.
The Library staff reserves the right to accept or deny Carousel Announcement Request. They may also edit for style and content as necessary to work within system constraints.
Submissions MUST be received by 3:00pm the Friday before desired Run Dates.
Announcements may run for up to two (2) weeks. Events may be advertised up to two (2) weeks prior to event date.
A graphic, icon, photo, etc... may be uploaded for inclusion in your slide(s). Be sure you have permission to use any submitted graphics and are upholding copyright rules.
